I am an accomplished Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Practitioner and ICT Systems Developer with vast experience in multiple sectors such as Livelihoods (Agriculture and Skills Training), WASH, Health (HIV/AIDS, MCH, SRH), Education, Peacebuilding, Environment and Natural Resources, OVC, among others. My 10-years’ experience in M&E is backed up by a strong background in ICT, Data Management, Documentation, and Research.

I hold Masters in Monitoring and Evaluation, Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (2018, First Class) and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (First Class).

I formally work with United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) from December 2021 to date. Previously, between 23rd June 2016 to 30th November 2021, I worked with Deutsche Welthungerhilfe e.V. as the Senior M&E Officer/Head of M&E-West Nile having worked with Rural Initiative for Community Empowerment – West Nile (RICE-W) from 1st January 2014 to 22nd June 2016 as Coordinator Development Research/M&E Officer. I also previously worked with organizations such as Uganda Health Marketing Group Ltd (UHMG) and Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) between May 2011 and December 2013 in the capacities of Regional Data Officer (West Nile) and District Data Assistant (Arua) respectively.

Immediately after completing my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Gulu University in July 2010, I served as ICT Systems Administrator/Instructor at Arua Technical Institute - Ragem between September 2010 and September 2011. During this period, I had various accomplishments such as set up of Institute Intranet and Website, Computer to Computer (VoIP) calling system, set up of computer laboratory, among other key ground-breaking innovations.

As a part-time occupation since completing my Bachelor’s Degree, I have developed several Websites and M&E Systems for clients especially non-profit organizations either under the unregistered business name of PK IT Consultants Ltd or as an Individual Freelance Consultant.

My breakthrough as an accomplished systems developer is the development of a multi-sectoral M&E Product named: Automated Monitoring and Evaluation, Reporting and Learning (AMERL) System.

I have offered consultancy services for other organizations such as Vision for Humanity, The Victims Relief Alliance, VIDECO, etc. which range from capacity building to development of M&E systems.
